The purpose of this project was a stock take of current health services in the region providing a foundation to enable future health service planning, improve models of care and address service inequalities

Outcome:

The key elements of KBC’s report consisted of:

• An overview of the region - population and health status profiles

• Service mapping tables by community

• Reports on Hub level services

• Assessment of capacity against benchmarks (where available)
