Cape York Project: Desktop analysis of Whole of Health Community Plans

Brief description

As the first stage of a regional planning strategy for Cape York, undertake an analysis of 11 community whole of health plans, health status report, and existing health service maps to identify:

• Gaps in existing services in each of the communities within the region

• Community health priorities

• Specific community level initiatives and solutions

• Regional strategies to address health issues

Outcome:

Development of report to inform second phase of project (health service modelling)
